Samouka pekarica, inače umjetnica i dizajnerica u slobodno vrijeme Lauren hrani svoje strasti, a i želudac prekrasnim pitama. Pod brandom Lokokitchen na njezinom webu i Instagram profilu možete pronaći njezine kreacije: dizajnerske voćne pite.

Zanimljivo je to što je Lauren pokrenula ovaj viralni trend iz dosade. Kako se preselila u novu sredinu i bila u potrazi za novim poslom, višak slobodnog vremena odveo ju je na Pinterest. Tamo je naišla na pinove lijepih pita koje su drugi ispekli, i odlučila se i sama okušati u tome.

Ovo šareno i veselo geometrijsko umijeće zapanjilo je svijet. Njezin Instagram prati preko 220 tisuće pratitelja, a o njoj su pisali Vogue, O Magazine, Buzzfeed, 9gag…

Ova pomama za njezinim radom potaknula ju je na poduzetništvo. Nije otvorila pekarnicu, ali drži tečajeve iz dizajniranja pita.
